Although we love our pets, and just like us, they need regular exercise to stay healthy, please make sure when you are walking your pets that you take them out of the community and away from our grass areas. Remember to always use a leash when walking your pets.

Packages
and Mails

As
we all know, we are separated by building numbers when it comes
to our addresses, and therefore share the same apartment number
in each building. This can make it confusing sometimes for our mailman.
If you happen to receive another resident's package or gift, please
be considerate and return it to its rightful owner or bring it
to the Leasing Office and give it to anyone of our friendly staff.
We're more than happy to make sure it gets to the rightful owner.

Resident Lounge
|
The Resident Lounge is now available for private rental for a fee of $20 per hour. If you wish to reserve the Resident Lounge, you must come in the Leasing Office before 5 PM to do a preliminary walk with us and place a $300.00 refundable deposit.

Maintenance
Work Order
|
|
Maintenance work orders are processed every day and our maintenance staff is working diligently at each and every of the work orders they receive. If you have a maintenance issue please come in the office to fill out a work request form during normal business hours from 9 AM - 6 PM, we may also fax you a form or simply submit your request directly from this website.
If you have an after-hours maintenance emergency, please immediately page this number: 408-231-1133. Be advised that this number will not accept any voice messages, so only leave a phone number.

Parking Considerations

We encourage everyone at Tamarind Square to use his or her assigned parking space. If you believe someone is parked in your assigned space, please contact the Leasing Office.
